Questions
Do you hold or settle my payments?
No. Buyers pay through your own Razorpay or PayU account and money settles to your bank on your gateway's normal schedule. CodWing only creates and verifies the order.
Will it change my Shopify theme?
No. CodWing adds its checkout through a Shopify app extension. Turn it off and your store goes back to Shopify's default checkout.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages and OTPs?
Order updates and COD OTPs go out from your own WhatsApp Business number, so Meta bills those messages directly to your WhatsApp Business account at Meta's rates. CodWing adds no markup.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Growth is month to month. Cancel from the app and you won't be billed again.
